I just turned 28 on June 1st, 2024, and my younger sister got married in February, turning all eyes to me next. I whipped out this website to share few stories about myself so you can understand me a bit. I personally believe that a simple Biodata cannot justify in helping understand a person. I am just trying to see if this approach works to find my better half! Wish me luck!!
To start I'll be sharing two moments of my life which I think have shaped and molded me into who I am now and will give you a peek of myself.
Like everyone else, my childhood was fully determined by my parents, which is the norm. But this started to change after my 12th grade. After my 12th results, I passed AIEEE (equivalent to present-day JEE) and got B.Tech. Metallurgy in some NIT in the North and I also cleared B.Arch. and got seat in Adhiyamaan in Hosur, as well as being selected for other arts and science courses. I was confused at this stage of my life and convinced my dad to let me take a break for a year, as I had been studying in a hostel for the past four years from 9th to 12th.
He obliged with some concerns, but I took the next year to research all the courses while doing some computer courses along the way. Finally decided to pursue Geology at Presidency College, Chennai. I chose geology because of my gut feeling and felt more affinity towards it. Since then, I've finished my Masters and still love it. I would do the same again if given the chance. My parents were cooperative and understanding during that time which I really am grateful for. This part of my life taught me that you don't have to rush things; take decisions at my own pace, and I'll never regret them. I am following this in this Marriage process as well, taking my time to finding the one. :)
During my first year of Bachelor's when I was studying in Chennai, I receive allowances from my dad every month for my daily expenses. After a few months, I spent a bit more and asked my dad for some extra cash. He enquired out of concern why I needed more money and where I was spending it. That irked me for some reason, though it wasn't wrong for my dad to ask, and I'm sure he was concerned about me. This made me to look for other ways to earn money so that I could be less dependent on my parents.
I did catering work, earning 300 per day, and even worked in showrooms folding clothes, but it didn't suit me. Then I learned about freelancing as a designer, and within learning it in a month, I got my first paycheck of 20k. This helped me pay half of my expenses during my 2nd year college fees, and from my 3rd year, I stopped asking my parents for money. From that point on, I've been on my own, buying my first camera, computer, bike, etc... This helped me to understand the importance of being responsible and standing on your own. From that point of time I have been self sufficient and lessen the financial burden on my parents.
The above two parts of my life were pivotal in who I am now. I’ll move on to talk about my future goals now.
I am looking for someone with whom I can crack silly jokes, have beautiful kids, try new dishes, explore places, meet our friends, dine in restaurants together, spend quality time alone with each other, visit our relatives, go on a little adventure, share our thoughts and feelings with one another, work towards each other goals, take care of our parents, share our joys, be a support in each other sorrows, a little bit of everything life can offer and live it to the fullest. I am looking forward to living a healthy fulfilled life and do everything to make the above happen.
I decided to whip up this website expecting that I get responses from people who are really interested in my profile and understand that getting married to someone is more than just what is their yearly package and external appearances. We are going to spend the next 30-40 years together and I want to spend the majority with Happiness, Love and Fulfillment. I also believe that it's more nerve-wracking for all the beautiful ladies out there to understand someone just from reading a simple biodata. I hope this helps in understanding what kind of person I might be. I am also sharing my views on a few topics at below.
Thank you for taking the time to finish reading it. If you think I will be a good partner for you or your daughter, I'm happy to take this further. I have written the basic details below. Please do contact me if you have any doubts, I don’t bite. :)

Will share my personal views on a few different topics below!
No restrictions at all! I am a sucker for good foods! I am a Non-Vegetarian but sometimes just avoid it based on the day to just have hot Rice and Rasam! I studied in a boarding school from my 9th Standard. They have to cook Idli and Thosa for 2000+ people there daily monring. Thinking about it now! It is a marvelous feet by the school! Couldn't expect the best of foods in hostels so could say that I have been trained naturally to have a very strong stomach too. I had the best Momos in Kolkata, the best butter chicken in a random hotel I stayed in Maharashtra, the best soups in Leh, but nothing can beat food made in home.
One of my lifetime goals is to build a Mineral Museum. This would probably take 20 or 30 years, depending on several factors, but that's what I have decided to pursue. This will involve traveling around the world to curate minerals from many countries. So you could expect me or us (If you are interested) traveling to other countries.
During my college days I decided I will not pursue a career in the Government sector. My main reason was that I could not travel or work on my lifetime goal of building a mineral museum while I have a Government job. Economically I can't earn enough to fulfill my dreams as well. Gov jobs are not easy like others who glorify it, It has it’s own merits and demerits. After thinking it hard decided not to pursue it.
I am a Teetotaller. Not even tried it! I have been exposed and been in situations to try it out but I never yielded to it. I made a decision that I'll not try it since my 10th grade and haven't broken the decision till now. I was never interested or curious enough to try it.
I love having pets. We have two dogs Tommy and Puppy and two cats Baby and Lucky in our home. Maintaining them can be cumbersome at times. They are stress busters but you can't travel as a family as there has to be someone in house to look after them. So it has its pro's and con's but I do love them
I love to travel. I have been to most part of India. Just need to cover the seven sisters of India and a few parts of Western India. I have rode my bike from Kanyakumari to Delhi and Driven my car from Kanyakumari to Kashmir exploring Ladakh. As I have said earlier that I would exploring other countries, Mostly U.S and Europe to attend Mineral Shows. So you can expect a bit of travel in the future.
There are still a few places I need to explore around the seven sisters of India and a bit on the western India around Gujarat and Rajasthan. I travel to explore local food and traditions they follow. Interesting observations along the way and a way to meet new people.
I indulge in explore the unexplored. I can get quite adventurous too. Here is me goofing around when I recently went for a Sailing experience in Chennai Port. I love to play Volleyball and Badminton.
Mostly into Non-fiction and recently started on Audiobooks too. Definitely recommend reading The Almanack of Naval Ravikant, I have even gifted a few to close friends and family. These three below are my top three picks when it comes to good books.
